Clyde J. Daines, DVM, Practice Owner
Dr. Clyde Daines opened Salt Lake Spay and Neuter in 1999 with the goal to help the community as well as rescue groups with the over population crisis in Utah. He's known affectionately as "Doc" by his staff and his many clients across Utah and neighboring states. Doc was born and raised in Logan, Ut. where he started his DVM journey at USU. Go Aggies!!! Doc then graduated from Colorado State University. Doc has been in the Murray Rotary Club for numerous years. He loves his many cats and his dog, King Arthur, who he adopted from one of the local rescue groups, Rescue Rovers. Doc is semi-retired, but can't seem to leave the job he loves so much.
Lindi Kopecko, DVM, Medical Director
Dr. Lindi Kopecko joined the Spay & Neuter team in 2014. Since then, she has expanded the practice and single-handedly increased the patients we help daily to up to 75 pets or more a day. Dr.Lindi moved to Utah in 2014 from California. She was born and raised in Bessemer, Michigan. She studied Veterinary Medicine at University of Minnesota. Dr. Lindi enjoys running with her dog, Bixby, every morning before work. However, her passion is competing in Dressage with her horses, Kuu and Tot.
