Spay and Neuter of Salt Lake is a high quality, high volume spay and neuter clinic. Our clinic is very busy, yet very efficient. Our team of veterinary professionals work hard to maintain a fast paced high quality of work.
Currently, we are conducting a "No Contact" service. Please bring your phone and anticipate waiting in your car. We try to keep wait times under 45 minutes; however, helping everyone effectively and safely is taking us more time. Some wait times may be up to an hour and a half or more. When you arrive, you may experience heavy traffic in the area. Please park in our parking lot located just west of our building. You may also park on 4800 south or on Center Street. They are busier roads, so please have your pet complete secure before opening the car.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your pet is people or animal aggressive. We can coordinate with you and the team to help your pet in the least stressful way possible. For surgery appointments, plan to stay at the clinic in the morning for an hour or two in case we need help handling your pet.
We do require all cats and rabbits come in a carrier for their safety. We highly recommend you have you pet in the carrier and ready before arriving to the clinic. Unfortunately, clients in the past have lost their pets while trying to kennel them in our parking lot. We do not want to see this happen again.
Our "Drive-up" vaccine clinic is first come first served. However, we may have to perform surgery recheck exams before we perform vaccine appointments. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to help each client and patient as efficiently and safely as we can.
Please contact us with any questions or to set up your pets appointment. We are always looking to improve our client communication. If you feel like we should add some information to this part of the site, please let us know. Thank you.
